SHIPPING
We offer Worldwide Standard Shipping for $8, with delivery typically taking 10-15 business days depending on your location.
For faster delivery, choose Worldwide Expedited Shipping at $18, which arrives in 7-10 business days depending on your location.
*The delivery time cannot be guaranteed due to customs declaration.
Free Worldwide Standard Shipping on orders over $99.
Tracking is available on all packages. Details will be sent to you once your items have been posted.
We are not responsible for lost packages if the customer provided incorrect shipping information, or refused packages (say if customer chooses not to pay customs or customer do not pick up package or arrange a redelievery after failed delievery attempts).
Many countries require VAT/import fees at customs before delivery can be completed. The buyer is solely responsible for payment of these customs duties and tax charges. If a package is not retrieved because of refusal to pay customs charges, NO refunds will be granted. All items will be shipped and declared with the full value stated.
*We cannot ship to Russia or Belarus.
RETURNS
You must notify us by email at service@zenifylifestyle.com within 3 days of receipt to request a refund (this includes weekends). Your email should include your name, order details and reason for return.
Your request will be reviewed, and you will receive an acknowledgment email. Once your request is accepted, returns must be shipped within 3 days. Items must be unworn, with the original packaging.
The shipping cost is held by you. Returns must be sent with trackable delivery. Items that get lost or damaged in transit cannot be refunded.
The following will be deducted from the refund:

Conversion/processing fees levied by payment processors
The following items can't be returned or cancelled:

Custom or personalized orders, resized and altered items

Please note:
Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS/RETURN” when you fill out the customs form. Please do not include any cards and invoices. Only the customs form. Any duties, taxes, and/or tariffs incurred for returned items will be deducted from the refund amount.
